Confirmation times vary by network: Ethereum ~12-15 sec per block (typically 12 blocks), Bitcoin ~10 min per block, BSC ~3 sec. We recommend waiting for at least 12 confirmations for high-value txs.
Why is my transaction pending?
Pending usually means low gas price, network congestion, or nonce mismatch. You can accelerate using replace-by-fee (RBF) or wait. Our support helps you cancel/stuck tx.
What is a network fee?
Network fees (gas) go to miners/validators for processing your transaction. It's not charged by Crypto.com. Fees depend on demand and transaction complexity.
